General news (15.10.2025): We would like to informe you that several new projects are under development on Marjan Island as part of Ras Al Khaimah’s tourism strategy, including new hotels and residential properties. There are no construction works directly next to the hotel, but cranes and improvement areas may be visible around the island. This is common across the UAE.

Each project has its own schedule and developer, so completion dates cannot be confirmed.

For guests sensitive to noise, we recommend booking Guest Room Sea View or Premium Sea View categories.
