Hotel News (13.09.2025) Please be informed that the Dubai Municipality is carrying out routine maintenance works along the JBR shoreline, which are expected to be completed by mid-October,25. Hotel beach remains accessible, however, temporary barriers are in place, which may slightly affect the view. As an alternative, the hotel can also provide transportation to FIVE Palm Beach, subject to availability and with prior coordination through our concierge before departure.
