Hotel news (as of 17/09/2025) Please be informed, that the beach enhancement project initiated by Dubai Municipality for leveling the shoreline has now been successfully completed.

Hotel news (as of 03/09/2025): Beach enhancement JBR 
The project will start, effective now, with the Al Habtoor Grand Resort, Autograph Collection and is expected to take approximately 15 days. Once completed, the guests will be able to enjoy the newly refreshed beach. During this period, the beach will remain fully open and accessible; however, temporary barriers will be placed along certain sections of the shoreline.

Hotel news (as of 06/04/2024): we would like to inform you that construction work is planned near the hotel (from July 2024, until further notice), the distance to the construction area will be at least 300 m, construction does not relate to the hotel or its territory, the hotel will take all necessary measures to reduce visual noise, all hotel services will be provided as usual
