HOTEL NEWS (19.02.2026) Please be informed in advance of planned improvement works taking place at Sunprime Kamala Beach from 1 June to 31 July 2026, specifically in the Grand Deluxe Mountain View and Grand Deluxe Pool View rooms located in Building 7.

The planned activities will be limited to bathroom refurbishments within these room categories only. There will be no structural changes involved, and no heavy construction machinery will be used. All work will be carried out using light renovation equipment, including electric drills, and in accordance with strict safety and noise-control procedures. All activities will be conducted during standard daytime working hours only, from 10.00 to 17.00 hrs, with no work taking place early in the morning, late in the evening, or at night. Expected impact on guests is minimal, with only light and short-term noise potentially noticeable in the lobby area during guest check-in and check-out.

For bookings staying between 1 June and 31 July 2026, guests affected by the works will be accommodated in alternative buildings within the resort to ensure their comfort and convenience throughout their stay.

In cases where guests who have booked a Junior Suite are required to be accommodated in a Grand Deluxe Pool View Room, the resort will provide compensation in the form of a complimentary meal plan upgrade. Guests booked on Bed & Breakfast (BB) will be upgraded to Half Board (HB), and guests booked on Half Board (HB) will be upgraded to Full Board (FB). This measure is intended to ensure added value and maintain overall guest satisfaction despite the room category adjustment.
