Hotel News (07.04.2026) Please be informed of a planned enhancement at Avani+ Khao Lak Resort from May through to September: the main pool area will be extended with a newly designed deck and the existing bar will be transfotmed into a brand-new dining venue. 

Please note, that all core hotel facilities, including restaurants, pools, and recreational areas, will remain fully operational throughout this period. Construction activities have been carefully scheduled, with mitigation measures in place to minimize any potential noise or visual impact. Guest comfort remains the top priority, and the hotel team will continue to proactively manage operations to ensure a seamless and enjoyable stay.

Hotel News (14.08.2025/Updated 30.10.2025): Please be informed that the hotel’s tennis court will be temporarily closed from 13 August to 30 November 2025 due to maintenance (until further notice).

Hotel News (06.06.2025) - Please find below our scheduled low season works:

  • Toddler Room - Closed from 1 to 31 July 2025 for light renovation and updates. The Kids Club remains fully operational with the full activity program.
  • Solar Panels Installation - From 1 July to 17 September 2025, solar panels will be installed on selected buildings. All hotel services and accommodations remain fully available, with no noise disturbance expected.
