In case, at your arrival time, there is no one at the reception, I will leave the card to open the reception and your apartment in a small black box outside the reception on the right hand side, the code to open this small black box is 0000 , and close once you have your card.

See you the day after your arrival in the morning to do the passport control.

PS: Please answer this email if you understood everything and what time you plan to arrive at the apartments. If you have an email I can send you a video with all the information.
