MINORS

According to the regulations, minors cannot be accommodated if they are not accompanied by an adult, who must present proof signed by the minor's parents or legal guardians (attaching their ID or passport) in which they authorize the minor to age to stay in the company of the authorized adult and making said person responsible for the minor, during the entire stay at the hotel.

If this requirement is not met and even if the reservation is confirmed, entry to the Hotel will be denied.

RESTAURANT HOURS

It is strictly prohibited to take any type of food out of the restaurant. Likewise, no type of service (breakfast or cold dinners) will be served outside restaurant hours, regardless of the service contracted by the client.

GOOD BEHAVIOR

At the time of check-in at the Hotel, a sheet of rules of coexistence, hours of silence and good behavior during the clients' stay at the Hotel will be delivered, which must be created by each of the guests. guests. Failure to comply with these rules could result in immediate expulsion from the Hotel, without any type of refund and/or compensation.

BRACELETS ACCOMMODATION

Upon arrival, the client will be given an identification bracelet of the establishment, which the client must wear throughout their stay at the Hotel. Failure to wear the bracelet or

improper use of it may result in expulsion from the Hotel.

TEMPORARY ABSENCES

In the event that a client decides to be absent from the Hotel, taking all their belongings, for 2 or more days from the Hotel, it is necessary to notify reception. Otherwise, it will be understood that the client has left the facilities as an unforeseen departure and the Hotel will be able to use the room without any type of refund for the days not enjoyed.

GROUPS:
