HOVIMA COSTA ADEJE – FOR COOL ADULTS (ADULTS ONLY 16+)

27.02.25: We wish to inform you that, starting from the 28th of April 2025, significant refurbishment works will be carried out at our HOVIMA Costa Adeje - For Cool Adults hotel. These works, aimed at improving the infrastructure and the quality of our services, will involve the refurbishment of the comfort to superior rooms, the enhancement of the panoramic terraces of some suites, the construction of a new Excellence Lounge, the renovation of room corridors, and the improvement of the building's roof terrace. During the first few weeks, external demolition work will be carried out on the terraces of the upper floors, which will require the closure of hotel corridors to minimise impact on guests and the use of a crane for loading and unloading materials. We are aware that these works may cause some inconvenience, and therefore, we will endeavour to allocate rooms as far away from the work areas as possible. Additionally, we will carry out the noisiest tasks at specific times, from Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 17:00. In the following weeks, until the 31st of October, the full completion date of the refurbishments, minor works and decoration of the facilities that do not involve significant noise or inconvenience will be carried out. To minimise disturbances, the works will be carried out during daytime hours and will be kept out of sight.

21.02.25: at the moment there are some works on the sidewalks and it was possible to circulate without problems. We do not have information from the City Hall confirming that the work is finished, so we cannot guarantee that some section will not be closed to traffic again. 

Hotel News: 13.01.2025

On January 15, 2025, Costa Adeje will begin major repair works in the area of Avenida España and Ernesto Sarti. For two weeks, road works will be carried out and the street will be closed from 8:00 to 17:00. We therefore recommend planning your vacation in advance and using alternative routes if possible.

02.01.25: from 1st May 2025, in order to improve the comfort of our Excellence guests, the Infinity pool will be for their exclusive use.

For the summer season 2024 our clients will be able to enjoy new SPA facilities of 500 m2 and a gym of 165 m2 with TechnoGym equipment. From that date the Infinity pool will also be heated. In line with our commitment to sustainability, the hotel's air conditioning is a heat recovery cooling system and this will be used to heat the infinity pool all year round.

From 01.05.2024 our Excellence guests will be able to take experience of a larger range of services. These will be:

- In AI, wider selection of branded beverages

- Fragrance menu for use in the room

- Bar in the infinity area with some finger food

As all guests bring their Smart Phone and/or Tablet, it has been decided not to continue offering tablets with internet connection.
