26.11.25 * For groups of students, athletes, or other organized groups, the CLIENT will designate a group leader, who must be present and available throughout the stay. This leader will ensure that the group complies with the hotel's code of conduct, maintains appropriate behavior, and respects the rest and safety of other guests. * The HOTELS reserve the right to require additional supervision measures, as well as a security deposit of €30 per person (cash or credit card) against potential damages or breaches of contract. The amount and method of this deposit will be determined by the HOTELS and communicated to the CLIENT before the group's arrival. Costs for damages, disturbances, or penalties attributable to the group will be deducted from this deposit. Failure to comply with these obligations may result in immediate expulsion from the group, in whole or in part, without refund. *Special provision for minors (16–17 years old) Understanding that minors under 18 years of age must always be accompanied by a group leader over 18 years of age expressly authorized in writing by their legal guardians, the CLIENT will be responsible for ensuring that the minors remain at all times under the supervision and responsibility of the designated group leader. Either the parents designate a legal guardian or they assume responsibility themselves, but in either case, authorization and a copy of the ID of one of the parents are required.

We are in the process of improving the technical facilities of the Caleta Palace hotel to bring it up to date on an operational and environmental level. During the course of these works, and due to the intensity of the same, we have encountered certain technical difficulties that will significantly delay the completion of the work.

Although we are making every effort, taking into account the size of the hotel and the number of rooms it has, the execution of these works will take time.

This is a case of force majeure that unfortunately prevents us from maintaining the planned opening date.

This can be resolved within a reasonable time frame, but we do not have precise information at this time since new budgets are being drawn up and additional suppliers are being sought to undertake the works more quickly.
