11.03.25: On the 11th of March 2025 the FISCAL ORDINANCE REGULATING THE TAX FOR SERVICES AND ACTIVITIES DERIVED FROM TOURISM AND SUSTAINABILITY OLIGATION comes into force, issued by the Municipality of Mogán and published in the Official Bulletin of the province of Las Palmas, on 10th of March 2025.For this reason, from that date onwards we are obliged to charge our mutual customers at check in the amount of 0.15 EUROS per person per night of stay.

-The half-board plan does not include drinks with dinner.
-The main restaurant has a dress code which the hotel strongly encourages you to respect: Gentlemen aged 15 and over must wear long trousers during dinner.
-The Michelin-starred restaurant Los Guayres (with charge) is available upon prior reservation.

Board PLUS supplement includes during meals: house wine, draught soft drinks, water, draught beer, draught juice

This impressive resort represents a Canarian Village and consists of 9 different buildings. There are 487 rooms, distributed into 399 double rooms, 33 single rooms, 5 double suites and 50 junior suites. There isn´t a feeling of being in a large resort – the original architecture which includes a chapel speaks for itself. All rooms are equipped with aclimitization, satellite TV, DVD-player, mini bar (charge), safe (charge), bathroom with hairdryer, furnished terrace or balcony and more. 

The total surface of 48.000 m2, includes about 10.300 m2 of subtropical garden area with two splendid swimming pools (heated in winter) and whirlpools, kid´s pool, kid´s playground, solarium with sun beds, matresses, umbrellas, and pool restaurant with terrace. 

This luxury resort offers a buffet restaurant, à-la-carte restaurant „Los Guayres“, 3 bars, Discobar, Kiosque, a meeting room, a TV room, an internet and reading room (Internet charge), Wellness and Spa Center „Spa Inagua“ (for supplement, entrance over 18 years old) and a large variety of sport activities (bowling alley, multi-sport field, gym, ping pong, darts, petanca, garden chess, aerobics, aqua gym...). Some activities may be on charge. In the hotel there is also  a Hike Centre „Freemotion“ and dive centre.

In March 2009 the archeological park “Las Crucecitas” was inaugurated. It forms part of the hotel and shows recent remains and findings of the ancient burial grounds of the Guanches
