01.04.26: The city council is currently renovating a green area approximately 50 meters from the hotel. The project involves the use of trucks, jackhammers, excavators, and circular saws.Work Details:- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 14:00.- Expected Completion: April 30, 2026.- Visual Impact: None.- Noise Impact: Sporadic noise may be noticeable, particularly in the pool area.- Infrastructure: All hotel services and facilities remain fully operational.Guest Comfort Measures:To minimize inconvenience, guests are being assigned rooms on the side of the building opposite the construction site ( always depending on the availability). Additionally, free upgrades are being offered when availability permits.While this municipal work is taking place outside of the hotel grounds, these internal measures are in place to ensure a comfortable stay.
