19.02.25: "COMPANY ANIMAL RULES Dear guest! The AluaSun Lago Rojo hotel is a hotel where your pets are welcome. Pets are allowed up to a maximum weight of 10 kg. A fee of €8.50/night will be applied for room cleaning. The hotel requires a deposit of €50 for any damage or damage that may be caused. The Hotel AluaSun Lago Rojo reserves the right not to admit pets that cause inconvenience to other clients or have inappropriate behavior during their stay. At all times the client is responsible for their pet and its behavior. The pet may only be inside the room, the rest of the common areas and in bars, always on a leash. It is prohibited to enter the restaurant and indoor pool areas.

The owner of the animal will have the obligation to keep it in proper hygienic and sanitary conditions. The owner is responsible for any damage caused by his pet, whether to third parties or to furniture. The amount of damage caused during the stay will be charged to the final invoice of the stay. Your pet can only remain alone in the room if it does not cause possible discomfort, due to barking or crying, to the rest of the guests staying. In case of noise or disturbance caused by the pet, the hotel reserves the right to expel the client and the pet. Customers are asked not to let their pets on beds or sofas. Your pet is not allowed to relieve itself on the hotel grounds. They have the environment at their disposal as long as they collect their feces."
