Hotel News (posted 5.12.2025) / RENOVATION DETAILS - (Work period: 07 January 2026 – 07 March 2026)

• Preventive maintenance and upgrading of the main pool area, heated pool, and kids’ pool, including replacement of decking and grouting in the pool zones. Works will take place daily from 08:00 to 18:00.
• During the renovation, the main pool will be temporarily closed in phases; however, full alternatives are available.

Alternatives: Throughout the entire renovation period, guests will have access to a wide range of fully operational heated pools and aquapark facilities, including:
• Heated Aquapark
• Heated Wave Pool
• All pools at the sister hotel Serenity Alpha Beach, including bars and snack bars

All slides and aquapark facilities remain fully available, providing entertainment for both adults and children.

Access to SERENITY ALPHA BEACH
Guests may freely use all pools and facilities at Serenity Alpha Beach.
A shuttle service operates between the two hotels, and a short walk (~4 minutes) is also possible.

RESTAURANTS, BARS & OTHER FACILITIES
All facilities at Serenity Alma Heights and Serenity Alpha Beach continue to operate as usual, including:
• Restaurants (main buffet and à la carte)
• Bars
• SPA & wellness center
• Entertainment programs (evening shows, kids’ activities, mini disco)
• LunaPark
• Fun Planet & video games area
