Hotel News (20.01.2026) - New Exclusive Restaurant for The Level Guests – effective 1 February 2026

Please be informed that as of 1 February 2026, Hokkaido Restaurant will become an exclusive benefit for The Level guests at Melia Caribe Beach.
The Asian à la carte menu with table service and Teppanyaki show will be included in the All Inclusive concept.
Premium Teppanyaki (Rib Eye and Lobster) will be available at an additional cost.
For non-The Level guests, the restaurant will be fully chargeable.

Concierge Role Title Change in The Level Areas - We would like to inform you that in The Level area of Meliá Punta Cana Beach, the role The Level Concierge has been officially renamed to The Level Host.

This change better reflects the personalized service provided to guests within The Level concept.

Key updates:

• New title: The Level Host

• Functions remain the same, with one clarification:
  — Escorting guests to their rooms upon check-in will now be performed by the bellman team.

• Guest support continues in The Level designated areas (Lounge, Restaurant, Pool).

Hotel News (10.10.2025 - Updated 11.11.2025) – Please be informed that the main pool at Meliá Caribe Beach will be temporarily closed from October 28 to November 9, 2025, due to planned improvement and renovation works. All other hotel areas and services will remain fully operational during this period. Please note that the Riviera pool will be available exclusively for guests staying with The Level privilege, ensuring a comfortable and uninterrupted experience. - renovation of swimming pool has been successfully completed 07.11.2025.
