Important Information

Upon check-in, guests are required to pay a deposit:

60 EUR per room
100 EUR per apartment

This deposit will be refunded on the day of departure after check-out, provided the room has been checked and no damages or losses are found.

Please pay attention that:

Check-in time: after 03:00 p.m.
Check-out time: until 11:00 a.m.
On the day of arrival, after 10:30 a.m., guests will receive their All Inclusive bracelet and may begin using the services. Bracelets must be worn throughout the stay.
If the hotel chip is left inside the room, housekeeping staff cannot enter to clean. In case of a lost chip, a fine will be applied.
The use of hotel towels outside the room is strictly prohibited.
Alcoholic beverages are not served to guests under the age of 18.
