About Coral Travel Starway World Best Hotels Awards

The Starway World Best Hotels Awards, one of the most prestigious recognitions in the global tourism industry, has been organized annually for over 20 years. The awards are determined entirely by the experience evaluations of Coral Travel guests.

Each year, the best hotels are selected through a comprehensive statistical analysis of customer satisfaction surveys collected from hotels across Coral Travel’s operating destinations. This year’s evaluation was completed based on guest feedback from 6,611 hotels in 25 destinations.

Awards were presented in the following categories:

• Top 100 Hotels – Highest overall guest satisfaction scores
• Top 25 Child & Family Friendly Hotels
• Top 20 Environmentally Friendly Hotels
• Top 10 Adult Only Hotels

Coral Travel guests evaluate hotels based on a wide range of criteria, including staff service quality, room and overall hotel conditions, food and beverage quality, environmental awareness and sustainability practices, garden and pool areas, cleanliness standards, children’s facilities, as well as entertainment and sports activities, and the final rankings are determined solely by guest satisfaction scores, regardless of the hotels’ official star ratings.
