Some fields for entering passenger data have a number of restrictions and corresponding rules!

Full Name

It is prohibited to enter fictitious names/surnames of passengers.

When booking air tickets using a foreign passport, you must enter the passenger's first and last name as they are indicated in the document presented when traveling, in letters of the Latin alphabet.

Please do not enter the passenger's middle name when entering his/her data according to the foreign passport!

Entering the passenger's middle name is required only when booking a flight within Russia, according to the passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation.

Document Number

It is prohibited to enter fictitious passenger document numbers, including 000000000, arbitrary/sequence numbers 123456789.

If the passenger(s) is not a citizen of the Russian Federation, you must select the type of document

"Passport of another country."

When entering the data of a Russian civil passport, it is possible to enter its validity period for any arbitrary date.

The birth certificate is entered in the following order: Roman numerals, then, without spaces and dashes, Russian letters and 6 digits of the number. Sample: VIШБ456123

When entering Roman numerals, use capital Roman letters. For example, XII, II, I, X. The symbols “№,” “/,” “-” are not indicated.

It is also possible to replace Roman numerals with Arabic numerals "3 and 8".

Agencies need to enter the address of the company, not the passenger!

Numbers, Latin letters and punctuation marks are allowed.

Telephone

For emergency communication between the Airline and passengers, it is required to indicate the contact number of the passenger himself/herself, and not the general number of the agency or contacts of other persons!

Important!

- Due to the nature of data entry into the reservation system, all spaces and hyphens in the first name, last name or document number are prohibited.

- When booking a flight for a passenger with a double name or surname (Petrova-Vodkina Anna Maria), you must enter data in the following form: PETROVAVODKINA ANNAMARIA, which will be displayed in the same correct form in the passenger’s itinerary receipt.

- If passengers have the same surnames and first names, then at the end of the name of the second passenger it is necessary to indicate the first letter of the patronymic or add the last letter of his/her name, without changing the meaning and sound. Otherwise, the Airline may regard the booking as a duplicate and cancel the order.

Example: the booking contains two passengers with surname|name Ivanov Ivan. The details of the first passenger must be entered according to the passport IVANOV IVAN, and the details of the second passenger IVANOV IVANI - the first letter of the patronymic I is additionally indicated in the name.

- If a child does not have a foreign passport, and it is included in the foreign passport of an adult passenger, when issuing an air ticket for a child, you must indicate the details of the foreign passport of the adult passenger in which the child is registered.
