Documents will be available for download in your personal account and mobile application after 100% payment and tour confirmation.

This is the amount the tourist pays to the medical organization for each insured event. Costs in excess of this amount (deductible) are covered by the insurance company.

You can make changes to the confirmed tour on the terms of payment of actually incurred expenses. To change or add additional parameters of the tour, please contact your personal manager.

In order to cancel a tour, you can contact your personal manager or write an e-mail to tourist@coral.ge. Attention, the cancellation of the tour can be made less the actual expenses incurred by the tour operator. We will do our best to minimize these costs.

In order to replace the tourists in the tour after the booking is confirmed, you need to contact your personal manager. Attention: additional charges may apply. If you want to replace tourists on a tour with a regular airline, the replacement of tourists will be carried out according to the rules and conditions of the particular airline. Please note that many airlines prohibit the replacement of tourists in this case it will be necessary to issue a new ticket.

You can pay for the tour in two convenient ways:
• by bank card - directly in your personal cabinet on our website;
• by invoice - print out the payment document in your personal cabinet and pay in any bank.

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to the hotel's conditions. In some cases it can be confirmed free of charge, in other cases a fee will be required. Please contact us by messenger or email tourist@coral.ge to request this option from the hotel and inform us of the terms and conditions.

When you arrive at your destination, our Coral Travel representatives will be waiting for you at the airport to provide information about your transfer and assist with any other questions. If you are flying to Turkey, then after receiving your luggage, you will have to walk out of Antalya Airport, in front of which you will see several representative offices of travel agencies, including a counter with the Coral Travel logo, from where you will be directed to the correct transfer bus.

Upon arrival at your destination, the transfer will be waiting for you at the airport. The time of the return transfer is usually before departure in the evening of the previous day or in the morning of the same day at the hotel reception, or you can find out from our local representative on the information line indicated on the information sheet.

Upon arrival at the airport, our Coral Travel representatives will provide you with information about the time of meeting the guide, i.e. the time of the information session. After the meeting, you can write down the contact details of the guide for further communication.
