“To maintain our service standards and deliver the best possible vacation experience for our mutual guests, we would like to announce an update regarding our Private Beach Service Policy.

Previously, our beach services were provided free of charge. However, due to local government regulations restricting the maximum number of beach equipment allowed, offering this service for free led to unavoidable operational challenges (such as overcrowding, prolonged seat reservation without usage, shortages during peak hours, etc.), which directly impacted overall guest satisfaction.

To ensure cost-effectiveness, quality, operational efficiency, and other aspects, we would like to announce the discontinuation of the complimentary beach chair and umbrella service, effective September 1st, 2026, until further notice. Guests will be provided with a beach towel (subject to availability) for use at the beach.”
