Hotel News (13.02.2026) Renovation works will take place between April – June 2026. During this period, The LEVEL Lounge will be temporarily relocated to Alcudia Clubhouse and The LEVEL Pool, Restaurant & Bar will be closed from 18 April 2026. Alternative services will be provided at Ibiza Clubhouse and Cape Nao Restaurant. All LEVEL guest privileges and services will remain available during the renovation period.(13.02.2026)

Starting 1st November 2025, the Ibiza Club House will become an exclusive venue for guests booked under the All-Inclusive (AI) meal plan.

Key Updates:

• Exclusive Access: Only All-Inclusive (AI) guests will have full access to the Ibiza Club House.
• Limited Access for BB, HB, FB Guests: Guests on Bed & Breakfast, Half Board, or Full Board plans can access the venue by purchasing an All-Day Inclusive Pass, available at the Ibiza Club House counter or the front desk.
• Contract Inclusion: The AI supplement outlined in the contract now includes the Ibiza Day Pass benefits.
