To ensure a seamless experience and convenient access to our on-site services (Minibar, Laundry, Spa, F&B), we would like to announce our updated deposit policy:

• Responsibility
  Guests are responsible for all personal incidental charges incurred during their stay.
• Deposit Amount
  A standard security deposit of $100 or 2,000,000 VND per room per period is required upon check-in.
• Method of Payment: Cash Only
  Please be advised that we currently accept Cash for incidental deposits. Upon payment, the Front Office will issue an Official Deposit Voucher.

• Refund Process at Check-out

Voucher Requirement: To reclaim the deposit, guests must present and return the original Deposit Voucher to the Reception desk.

Settlement: The deposit will be fully refunded in the same currency, minus any expenses or service charges incurred.

Immediate Refund: If no incidental services were used, the full amount will be returned immediately upon the surrender of the voucher.

• Important Note for Tour Operators
  We kindly request you to inform guests in advance to keep the Deposit Voucher in a safe place. This voucher is a mandatory requirement for a quick and smooth refund process at departure.

• All rooms can accommodate only one extra bed.

  Child Without Extra Bed rooms cannot accommodate an extra bed.
