• The hotel/rooms are located in the Hillside Residence building (H1-H4 & S1-S4), which operate as a Condotel in the sunset town area on the southern side of the island.
• The hotel has taken over and currently manages 98 studio/apartment units within these buildings.
• The contracted room types consist of studio and Apartments with kitchen & kitchen amenities, making them an attractive option for long stays of 10-12 nights. 
• The property is within a 5-minute walking distance of the public beach in Sunset Town (accessible until 16:30, subject to change based on Sun Grand City management), while the area's most popular beach, Kem Beach, is approximately 4.2 km away. A paid shuttle service is available for approximately €0.50 per person.
• Breakfast consists of one dish and one drink; there is no buffet.
• Hotel reception is located near H4 building (circled in red on below image).
• Hotel guests have access to the facilities and services within Hillside Residence, including the fitness center, kids' club, rooftop pool, restaurant, security services, and other common amenities. (06.07.2026)
