• The resort has only one (01) dedicated accessible room designed for guests with disabilities. This room is a Deluxe Garden View King, conveniently located on the 1st floor for easy access.
• Beach & Sea Access: Regrettably, we do not have a dedicated ramp or pathway leading directly onto the sand/sea, as the access point to our beach consists of a short flight of steps. Therefore, it is currently not fully accessible for unassisted wheelchair users.
• Swimming Pool Access: Please be informed that the resort does not have private pathways or ramps in public areas., however our swimming pool is centrally located within the resort. Since our property layout is quite compact, guests can navigate from the room block to the pool area. We highly recommend adding a special note to the booking regarding the wheelchair user so our team can pre-assign the room in the most accessible location.
• The resort provides complimentary wheelchairs on-site; however, please note that our inventory is limited to a maximum of two (02) wheelchairs.
• Our shuttle vehicles are standard resort transport and are NOT equipped with specialized wheelchair ramps or hydraulic lifts. Consequently, we are unable to provide photos of such equipment.
