RESORT REGULATIONS

To ensure a safe and comfortable stay, all guests are required to follow the Resort’s regulations:

Please present a valid passport upon check-in (ID card for Vietnamese guests)

The following items are prohibited at the resort: weapons, toxic substances, and flammable materials

Pets and certain foods or fruits that may cause unpleasant odors or stains, such as durian, mangosteen, and seafood, are not permitted in the rooms or villas.

Food and beverages purchased outside are strictly prohibited to be used in public areas (pools, beach, bars, and restaurant

Gambling and drug use are strictly prohibited at the resort. Guests will be held responsible for any violations in accordance with Vietnamese law.

Photoshoots using outside crew and equipment for any purpose inside the Resort are subject to approval and may incur fees. Any guests wishing to conduct such a photo shoot must advise the Resort in advance. No "fly cams/drones" permitted inside the resort for any purpose.

Hanging of clothes or laundry outside the villas or rooms is strictly forbidden.

Cooking is prohibited in all guest rooms. Amiana Resort Cam Ranh is committed to maintaining a smoke-free environment in all public and private areas. Guests and visitors are kindly requested to smoke only in designated areas. A strict non-smoking policy is enforced, and a fine of VND 5,000,000 will be imposed for any violations.

You are responsible for any damage to the resort’s facilities caused by you. The cost of any damaged items can be requested at the Front Desk and will be billed to your guest account

For security reasons, please do not swap rooms or villas with other guests, or remove items from your room and relocate them without informing the Front Desk.

Please store your valuables (jewelry, money, etc.) in the safety box provided in your room. The resort will not be responsible for any loss if this regulation is not followed.

Check-in time from 14:00 on arrival and check-out before 12:00 on departure.

Guests registered at the resort as overnight guests are permitted to have up to two visitors per unit per day, from 07:00 to 21:00. Outside of these hours, a one-night charge will apply. Visitors must register at the Front Desk, presenting a valid ID/passport, and are allowed to stay in the guest's room during the specified time frame. When using the resort’s facilities, all services will be charged according to the resort’s current price policy. Please note that some areas may be restricted for outside visitors.
