New Daily Boat Schedule & New Location 

• Please note we moved our boat jetty location from Dubai Water Canal Marine station to Al Wasl Marine Station
• Please book your preferred time of arrival and departure in advance and be on the pier 10 minutes before the boat’s departure
• Paid RTA parking is available and shuttle buses for guests will be available departing from parking location frequently
• Kindly note that to board the boat, the email or screenshot of the booking and boat reservation are to be handy
• A valid physical passport, Emirates ID, or national ID for GCC nationals is required for travel. Note that GCCnational IDs are not acceptable for different nationalities and a digital or paper copy will not be accepted
• We're an adult-only (18+) hotel with music played in public areas until late and with a swimming pool
• Kindly note that food and drinks from outside are not allowed on the Island
• To customize your return boat for departure depending on availability, please visit the concierge desk at the lobby

• We do not have arrival center or waiting area, but nearby “Belini” café near  where guest can have 10% discount by showing confirmation number for the hotel.

We do not have shuttle service from Airport, if you require our concierge team can arrange paid transportation.

Shuttle bus: we have a shuttle bus service near to Business Bay metro station to Jetty free of charge:

• Arrive 20 minutes before to designated area

Upon arrival to the Island guest can book their return boat.

Meal Concepts:

All Inclusive (Set Menu or Buffet if available) 3-course set menu lunch and dinner in La Brasserie French bistro during operating hours or a choice to replace one of the meal periods with 3 dishes from the Grand Azur pool and Monaco Beach menu & La Rive, unlimited alcoholic and non-alcoholic house beverages in hotel outlets (except for room service/minibar) from 3pm on the day of arrival to 12pm on the day of departure. Separate alcoholic and non-alcoholic house beverages in Champaigne Bar

Full Board (Set Menu or Buffet if available) 3-course set menu lunch, and dinner

Half Board (Set Menu or Buffet if available) choices of 3-course set menu lunch or dinner
