Hotel News (03.08.2026) Please be informed that the refurbishment of the guest rooms in the Main Building has been extended and will continue until 15 November 2026 inclusive.

Throughout this period, the resort continues to welcome guests as usual, with villa collection, enhanced lobby and reception, restaurants, bars, pools and leisure facilities all operating to ensure a seamless and enjoyable stay with Ultra All-Inclusive experience, including:

• Turquoise All Day Dining Restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner daily.
• L'Olivo Italian Restaurant and Tava Loca Steakhouse, both welcoming guests for a la carte dinner.
• All bars serving beverages during the day.
• Daytime snacks at Tava Loca Steakhouse, together with poolside pass-around snack service.
• All seven swimming pools remaining available for guests' enjoyment.

Hotel News (21.04.2026) Please be informed that the rooms in the main building will undergo a comprehensive upgrade commencing 01 May 2026 through the end of September 2026.

During this period, villa section will remain fully operational, Guests will continue to enjoy a smooth and welcoming arrival and departure experience via our reception, located within the enhanced lobby. Food & Beverage outlets will also remain fully operational excluding La Bodega Bar, Highlights Bar and Turquoise Main Dining, continuing to deliver our Ultra All-Inclusive offering without interruption.

Hotel News (16.01.2026) Plase be informed, that the hotel's lobby will undergo an upgrade starting from 08th January through mid-February 2026. During this period all lobby service will remain fully operational including lobby bar located in the main building.
