🚩Hotel Update (as of 12.11.25): Please be informed, that Turtle Beach is Closing from November 13th at 18.00, and new Pacific-side Beach is opening on November 14th at 08.00

• Seamless access for all: Every 30 mins, shuttle service between Pullman and Pacific Beach from 08:00 to 18:00. Last shuttle departs at 18:00.
• Guests can enjoy complimentary beach towels, invigorating drinks from the beach bar. Delightful buffet lunches, and refreshing afternoon tea and coffee will be served at the hotel— if included in their meal package.

🚩Please note: Due to ongoing development of Al Marjan Island, a major construction project for a new casino is taking place in close proximity to the hotel. This project is not related to the hotel.

The hotel is located on the 1st coastline of the artificial Marjan Island archipelago, with a sandy beach just 100 meters away. Guests can walk to the beach or request a buggy service.
Ideal for a relaxing family holiday.

All-Inclusive Concept includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner served at the main restaurant, as well as selected soft and alcoholic beverages (during meals only).
Alcohol is served from 11:00 AM until sunset at Turtle Beach and Infinity Pool Bar.
Snacks and light bites are not included in the concept.

❗The hotel reserves the right to make changes to the concept without prior notice. Please note that snacks are not part of the meal plan, and on the day of departure, alcoholic beverages are only available until check-out time (12:00 PM).
