Hotel News (18.05.2026)  Please be informed about the following enhancements across the resort. Planned enhancements to be completed by mid-October 2026:

• Kitchen Connection will feature updated interiors, an improved terrace, and a newly repositioned bar to provide a seamless dining experience.
• The Club Lounge will be upgraded with contemporary design and refined dining and social spaces for adults and children alike.

In addition, Wild Wadi Waterpark will remain closed until further notice, and Nuska Beach will undergo its annual summer elevation program from 01 June until 15 September 2026. There may be some visual and noise impact during the enhancement period.

Kindly note that the Leisure Pool will remain open; hence, the alternative experiences and benefits previously communicated in December 2025 are no longer applicable. 

Guests who choose to stay will enjoy the following experiences:

• The Leisure Pool will remain open along with the Family Pool, Lap Pool and private beach for guests’ swimming and lounging pleasure.
• Kitchen Connection buffet breakfast will now be served in the Safinah Ballroom.
• Guests staying in Club Rooms and Suites may access the Executive Pool. Afternoon Tea and Sundowner Drinks will be served in the Pearl Lounge as part of their club benefits.

Other resort facilities will remain fully available, including Dhow & Anchor, Fika, La Parrilla, Jumeirah Circle (kids club), Talise Spa, and J Club, ensuring a seamless summer stay.

Hotel News (23.12.2025)  Please be informed about the planned pool uplift scheduled from Monday 1 June to Monday 31 August 2026. Jumeirah Beach Hotel will continue to enhance the pool following the recent improvements to Jumeirah Circle (kids’ club) and the Family Pool. During this period, the Leisure Pool will be reimagined to further elevate the guest experience, with an expanded lounge setting and a renewed landscape design. Throughout the period, all guests will continue to enjoy complimentary access to the new Family Pool, Executive Pool, Lap Pool, private beach, and Wild Wadi Waterpark™. In addition, guests staying in Club Rooms, Suites and Villas will have access to an additional pool at Madinat Jumeirah.

To ensure flexibility and reassurance for guests with bookings confirmed as of today, we are pleased to offer complimentary cancellation or rebooking for the same period. For those guests choosing to stay between Monday 1 June and Monday 31 August 2026, the following benefits will also apply:

• Guaranteed early check-in from 07:00 AM
• Complimentary board basis upgrade (Room Only to Bed & Breakfast, or Bed & Breakfast to Half Board)
• Guests already booked on Half Board will enjoy two hours of complimentary soft and house beverages daily, at a venue to be advised
