Hotel news (16.07.24): We would like to inform you that the hotel has scheduled pool renovation with a new concept for OIA restaurant (a Greek restaurant and pool area). The pool will be closed from 14.07.24 until 31.08.24 (until further notice). Guests are offered an alternative - complimentary access to the pool and beach at Sheraton Jumeirah Beach Resort (opposite JA Ocean View Hotel), with a shuttle service to JA The Resort's pools and beach three times daily.

Half Board and Full Board are available as per the following:

Breakfast: Available at Aqua from 6:30 am to 11:00 am.
Lunch: Available at OIA and IL Motto Pizzeria from 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm.
Dinner: Aqua 6:30 pm - 10:30 pm; IL Motto Pizzeria 6:30 pm – 10:30 pm; OIA 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm.
Meals include your choice of a starter, main course, and dessert, or the buffet option.
HB+ and FB+ packages include 2 selected beverages per meal.
Please note that timings and outlet availability are subject to change. We highly recommend pre-booking your preferred venues in advance.

All-Inclusive package is available as per the following:

Lunch: OIA, IL Motto Pizzeria and IL Motto Deli are available for lunch from 12:00 pm – 5:00 pm.
Dinner: Aqua 6.30 pm – 10:30 pm; IL Motto Pizzeria 6:30 pm – 10:30 pm; OIA 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm, IL Motto Deli 6:30 pm – 9:30 pm.
Selected alcoholic beverages are available at IL Motto Pizzeria and IL Motto Deli from 12 pm to 10 pm, at Aqua from 6:30 pm to 10 pm, and at OIA from 12 pm to 8 pm.
