Please note that due to the current situation the commencement of works has been postponed until further notice.Please be advised that the property remains fully operational throughout this period and we look forward to welcoming your mutual guests at any time. General news (15.10.2025): We would like to informe you that several new projects are under development on Marjan Island as part of Ras Al Khaimah’s tourism strategy, including new hotels and residential properties. There are no construction works directly next to the hotel, but cranes and improvement areas may be visible around the island. This is common across the UAE.

Each project has its own schedule and developer, so completion dates cannot be confirmed.

For guests sensitive to noise, we recommend booking Guest Room Sea View or Premium Sea View categories.

Hotel News (10.09.2025) Please be informed, that the construction of the upcoming Hilton property has been delayed until the end of 2025 and plan to start in January 2026.  Please also note, that our beautifully extended beach is being thoroughly enjoyed by our guests.
