ANANTARA THE PALM DUBAI RESORT

Hotel Updates (as from 14.09.2026)  Please be informed that Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort will  commence a significant enhancement programme from November 2026, with works progressing in carefully managed phases.
The first phase of the enhancement programme will commence in November 2026 and is anticipated to be completed by Q3 2027. The second phase is anticipated to commence in Q2 2027 and be completed by Q1 2028. Exact commencement and completion dates for each phase will be confirmed in due course.The programme will introduce a series of enhancements across selected accommodation, leisure, social and event spaces, while retaining the distinctive Thai-inspired character and beachfront setting for which the resort is known.

The enhancements will be carried out in phases to help minimise the impact on the guest experience. The resort will remain open and operational throughout the enhancement programme.Guests will be able to experience the following areas and alternative arrangements during the enhancement  period:
• Check-in and check-out will take place at the reception located in the Residences lobby.
• The resort’s lagoon pools and private beach will remain open for guests to enjoy.
• Buffet breakfast will be served at Bushman’s Restaurant & Bar, while à la carte breakfast will be available at Revo Café.
• Half-board and full-board guests can enjoy their included meals at Bushman’s Restaurant & Bar, Mekong, The Beach House and Revo Café.
• A buffet dinner will be available at Bushman’s Restaurant & Bar.
• Afternoon tea will be served at Revo Café.
• Shisha will be available at The Beach House.
• New Year’s Eve Gala Dinner will be served at The Beach House.

Hotel Updates (as from 20.07.2026) Please be informed that due to current market conditions affecting the hospitality industry across Dubai, some of the hotel's dining operations may be adjusted from time to time based on occupancy levels and operational requirements.

As a result, the availability of specific restaurants, buffet service, lunch, or dinner operations may vary on certain dates. Please note that guests' booked meal plan entitlements will continue to be honoured; however, the dining venue and service style (buffet or à la carte) may differ from the original schedule.

**Please note that Mall of the Emirates Shuttle Service has been reinstated and will be effective from 16 July 2026. The shuttle timings have been revised as per the schedule below,

• Departure from the resort  - 11:00, 14:00
• Departure from Mall of the Emirates  - 12:30, 18:00
