Hotel News (21.09.2026) - Please be informed that Vista Restaurant will be temporarily closed from 28 September to 04 October 2026 due to scheduled floor replacement works aimed at enhancing our guest experience. 

During this period, Bab Al Bar Restaurant will serve as the primary dining venue and will operate for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. All meal services for Half Board and All-Inclusive guests will be accommodated at Bab Al Bar throughout the closure period. 

Hotel News (20.07.2026) - Please be informed that hotel is no longer offering the complimentary shuttle service to and from Dubai Mall, but continue offering a convenient round-trip transfer service for the guests at a nominal fee per person.

The shuttle service will operate twice weekly, every Monday and Wednesday. Subject to guest demand, the hotel may increase the frequency of the service in the future.

Hotel News (11.06.2026) - Please be informed that our complimentary shuttle bus service will be temporarily suspended until 31 August 2026.  During this period, we will continue to support your guests by providing complimentary transportation to nearby municipality bus stations, where frequent services to Dubai are available every 30 minutes.

The All-Inclusive concept - starts at 15:00 on the day of arrival and ends at 12:00 (noon) on the day of departure. It includes lunch and dinner at the designated restaurant, as well as selected beverages (soft drinks, tea, coffee, wine, beer, and locally produced spirits) served from 11:00 to 23:00 at selected outlets during their operational hours. 

❗All-Inclusive concept does not apply to the mini-bar, in-room dining, and the Bab Al Baht restaurant.
