***In order to cover any additional expenses (such as restaurant, spa, minibar, room service, etc.) and any additional services that may be requested during the guests' stay, starting March 9, 2026, a pre-authorization will be made on the credit card issued in the guest's name at check-in for all stays in all room categories at our hotel.
Please note that pre-authorization is not a charge. The amount specified by the hotel management will be temporarily blocked on the credit card. At the end of the stay, any unused amount will be unblocked on the same day after check-out. The time required for the released amount to be reflected in your available credit limit may vary depending on the internal processes of the relevant banks.

 A cash deposit alternative is also available for all guests. Please find below the daily amounts planned to be applied:

• For all stays of 4 nights or fewer: a total of EUR 200 per room, regardless of the number of nights
• For all stays of more than 4 nights: EUR 50 per room, per night

Hotel Policies

• Check-in: from 15:00 / Check-out: until 12:00

• Guests may use hotel facilities from 12:30 on the arrival day and until 15:00 on the departure day

• Pets are not allowed

• Smoking is prohibited in all rooms and public areas

• Alcohol is served only to guests aged 18 and over

• Guests must be 18+ with a valid ID to check in independently

• Bicycles, rollerblades, skateboards, and similar devices are not allowed indoors

• The use of drones is prohibited within the hotel premises

• Visitors are allowed in the lobby for a maximum of 30 minutes between 10:00 and 18:00

• A deposit (pre-authorization) is required at check-in to cover incidental expenses
