A’la Carte Restaurants

A cover fee applies per person for all A’la Carte Restaurants, with complimentary dining for children aged 0–6.
At Terra Izakaya, all menu items are chargeable as it operates as a standard restaurant.

Guests staying 4–8 nights are entitled to one complimentary visit to one of the Marrone, Meraki, or Sini A’la Carte Restaurants.
Guests staying 8 nights or more are entitled to two complimentary visits to one of these same restaurants.

The Divo Lounge is available for complimentary use for guests staying in Prestige and Lustro Collection room categories.
(Prestige and Lustro Collection Rooms include: Honeymoon Penthouse, Loft Penthouse, Lagoon Suite, Duplex Lagoon Suite, Fabulous Suite, and Presidential Suite.)
Reservation is required.

Heated Outdoor Pool (The Lustro Collection Pool)

The Lustro Collection Pool is a heated outdoor pool exclusively available to guests staying in the Prestige and Lustro Collection room categories
(Honeymoon Penthouse, Loft Penthouse, Lagoon Suite, Duplex Lagoon Suite, Fabulous Suite, and Presidential Suite).
The pool is heated between 18.03.2026 – 30.04.2026 and 20.10.2026 – 16.11.2026.

Concept Policy and Procedures

• All alcoholic beverages are served in glasses to ensure a consistent and enjoyable dining experience. Bottle service is not provided.

• Beverages are served to the table by our service staff.

• Service staff may refuse to serve alcohol to guests under heavy influence to ensure their well-being.

• A’la Carte restaurants require advance reservation and a service charge.

• A’la Carte restaurants operate according to seasonal conditions and require a minimum number of reservations.

• Room service is available for an additional charge.

• Alcoholic beverages are not served to guests under the age of 18.

• In accordance with the hotel’s dress code, guests wearing shorts, swimsuits, or slippers are not permitted in restaurants.

• Animation activities, as well as food and beverage outlet operations and timings, are subject to seasonal management decisions.

• Complimentary and extra services may be adjusted during the season depending on the availability of imported and local goods.

• Travel agencies must obtain approval from the hotel’s Sales Department before publishing catalog content. The hotel is not responsible for any unapproved text.

• The use of irons, water pipes, or similar items in rooms is prohibited. Any damage to the room will be charged to the guest.

• All imported beverages served are certified by the Customs Directorate.

• Smoking is prohibited indoors in accordance with Turkish law.

• Lusso Sorgun Hotel reserves the right to make changes to its concept without prior notice to third parties or institutions.
