Swim-Up Rooms: Guests staying in rooms with direct pool access (Swim-Up Rooms) will receive a VIP set in the room on the day of arrival, including a fruit platter and pastries.
In addition, guests staying 7 nights or more are entitled to one complimentary à la carte restaurant visit during their stay.
A 15% discount is offered for pavilions.

À La Carte Restaurants – General Information

• Guests staying a minimum of 6 nights are entitled to one complimentary visit to one of the following à la carte restaurants: Anatolia, Gusto, or Tapas (one choice only).

• Guests staying more than 7 nights may use one paid à la carte restaurant free of charge.

• Advance reservation is required for all à la carte restaurants at least one day in advance, between 10:00 and 14:00, via Guest Services or through the electronic reservation system.

**The “Maldives Pool” is available for guests aged 16 years and above only.

• Check-in time at Lago Hotel starts from 14:00.

• Check-out time is no later than 12:00.

• Pets are not allowed in the hotel.

• Use of outdoor and indoor areas depends on weather conditions.

• The restaurant operates on a buffet basis.

• Guests with special dietary requirements are kindly requested to inform Guest Services upon arrival.

• In Swim-Up Rooms, parents are fully responsible for their children.

• In accordance with Law No. 4207 on Tobacco Products, smoking cigarettes, hookahs, and electronic cigarettes is prohibited in all indoor areas.

• The hotel offers 6 rooms for guests with disabilities.

• The Honeymoon Concept applies to couples married within the last 6 months prior to arrival and upon presentation of a marriage certificate at check-in.

• When accommodating 2+2 or 3+1 in room types not designed as family or special categories, space may be limited, and extra beds may be less comfortable than standard beds.
