Our hotels are a "Non-Smoking Hotels" and smoking is prohibited in the indoor areas of the hotel, including the rooms.

It is forbidden to use hookahs, cigarettes, electronic cigarettes and similar devices, tobacco products and all kinds of products / materials used in a way that mimics tobacco products in our hotel and rooms. You will be charged a cleaning fee of 250 EUR in case of smoking or using one of the mentioned products. Our guests who refuse to pay the cleaning fee or repeat after paying will have their reservation canceled and checked out of the hotel.

In case of non-compliance with the specified rule, the hotel reserves the right to inform the official units, since it will be considered a crime as an act against the Law on the Prevention of Harms of Tobacco Products No. 4207.

From January 01, 2022, we started to take a deposit (100 Euro) from our guests at check-in in order to guarantee their possible extra expenses and material damages that may occur within the hotel.
