Hotel News (14.08.2026)  Please be informed about a resort expansion, with the construction of a new building at our current location. This new wing is scheduled to be ready to welcome guests in November 2028. From Now, Aug 2026 to April 30, 2027- NO CONSTRUCTION.The construction timeline is set from May 1, 2027 to October 2028. 

Construction Period: May 1, 2027 to Oct 31, 2028

• May 1, 2027 to October 2027: 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• November 1, 2027 to April 15, 2028: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• April 16, 2028 to October 31, 2028: 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Phases of Construction and Noise/Disturbance Levels:(Noise Level Scale: 1 to 5, where 5 is the highest level of noise and disturbance)

Phase 1: Piling by hydraulics and Ground Works

•             Period: May 1 2027 to Sept 30, 2027 - Noise Level 4
•             Period: October 2027 - Noise Level 3

During this initial phase, extensive ground works will commence, involving heavy machinery, drilling, and construction trucks. Guests can expect significant disturbance and noise. For convenience and access to the beach during this period, our back gate will serve as the primary entrance and exit for arrivals and departures.

Phase 2: Construction of Walls, Rooms, and Exterior

•             Period: November 2027 to March 2028 - Noise Level 2

This phase will involve the construction of the exterior, walls of each floor, and the installation of piping and electrical layouts. To mitigate disturbance, the construction area will be covered. During this time, our front entrance will be operational, and the back gate will remain open for guest access to the resort and the beach.

Phase 3: Interior and Painting

•             Period: April 2028 to September 2028 - Noise Level 2

The focus will shift to interior works, installation of fixtures, and painting. Disturbance levels are expected to be minimal as we approach the completion of the new wing.

Phase 4: Finishing Touches and Grand Opening

•             Period: October 2028 - Noise Level 1

In this final phase, we will be completing finishing touches, interior design, and conducting final room inspections in preparation for the grand opening of our new wing.

Throughout the entire construction period, all existing facilities and rooms at Peace Laguna Resort and Spa will remain fully operational. There will be no closure of any part of the resort. Guests will be able to use and enjoy all amenities as usual. Our management and dedicated team will be on hand to ensure our guests receive exceptional service and have the most comfortable and enjoyable stay possible.
