Hotel News (01.07.2026) Please be informed that one of their swimming pools will be temporarily closed  for emergency repair works from 1-20 July 2026. However, please note, that there are still three other swimming pools fully operational during this period.

Hotel News (22.04.2025) -  To ensure the highest standards of quality, the resort will undergo annual maintenance and refurbishment from 1st May to 16th October 2025.

Key Updates:

  • Turtle Bay Restaurant (breakfast venue) will be closed 1st May – 31st July 2025.

    • Alternatives:

      • Breakfast buffet served at Sky Meeting Room (2nd floor).

      • Pre-ordered breakfast boxes available.

  • Sea Turtle Deluxe Rooms: Refurbishment (10th June – 30th September 2025) including tile replacement and balcony upgrades.

  • Turtle Pool: Closed for maintenance (1st–31st July 2025).

    • Coral Pool, Starfish Pool, and Jellyfish Water Park will remain open.

  • Tropical Deluxe Rooms: Roof repairs and repainting (15th September – 31st October 2025).

Additional Notes:

  • Noise may occur during 09:00–18:00 (occasionally extended to 21:00).

  • Schedules are subject to change due to weather or logistical factors.
