Electric Preventive Maintenance Details:

• Date: Friday, 22nd May 2026
• Time: 12:00-17:00 hrs.
• Impact: All hotel areas and in-room amenities will be temporarily unavailable during this period.

Lobby Enhancement Works Details:

• Date: Monday, 25th May to Wednesday, 3rd June 2026.
• Time: 10:00-20:00 hrs.
• Impact: The staircase area of the lobby will be unavailable during this period, with no impact on walkways or other service systems.

Hotel News (08.05.2026) Mode Sathorn Hotel would like to inform you of a temporary water supply interruption scheduled for Thursday, 14 May 2026, from 11:00 to 17:00.

During this period, water service will not be available in guest rooms, public areas, and other hotel facilities.

Recommendations:
Guests are kindly advised to use water facilities before 11:00.

Hotel News (posted 15.11.25/ update 19.11.25): PLease be informed that the essential maintenance work originally scheduled for the lobby staircase from 18 to 25 November 2025 has been postponed to a later date, which will be announced once finalized.

Please rest assured that all hotel operations and services continue as normal, and there will be no impact on guests' stay during this period.

🚩Hotel News (posted 26.09.25): Please be informed, that on October 2, 2025, from 5:00 p.m. to midnight, due to the Navratri celebrations and street parade, traffic to the hotel will be closed. Access is only possible via the BTS Surasak station, located next to the hotel. North Sathorn Road (towards Lumpini) will be closed. South Sathorn Road (towards the river) will remain open — you can take a taxi from the Thai CC building, where hotel staff will be on duty with a sign. We recommend taking the Airport Rail Link from the airport to Phaya Thai Station, then transferring to the BTS to Surasak Station (Exit 3).

Hotel News (posted 05.07.25): Please be informed that scheduled maintenance work will take place at the hotel, which will temporarily interrupt the water supply throughout the entire property. The work is planned for Friday, July 11, 2025, from 12:00 to 17:00. During this time, water will be unavailable in all guest rooms, public areas, and hotel facilities.

We recommend that guests:
• Use necessary facilities before 12:00
• Consider dining out or exploring Bangkok during the maintenance window

The maintenance has been scheduled during daytime hours when most guests are typically out of the hotel. Water services are expected to be fully restored by 17:00.
