Hotel News (07.11.2025 /Update 26.03.2026) Please be informed next to Let’s Sea Hua Hin Al Fresco Resort to the south,
construction of the project is nearing completion. Construction is scheduled to be completed in August 2026.
What to expect before construction is completed
- Visibility: The building is being painted and will be fully painted and completed.Removal of two cranes: one in the center by June, the other near the road byJuly 2026
- Noise: Level 0-1 in all buildings from the seaside restaurant and parallel to our resort accommodation area from architectural decorative elements, interior furnishings, and landscaping. This section will be completed in June 2026
- Levels 1–2 in the 7-story building behind our lobby. In this latter building, finishing work on the top floor and roof has been completed. Work is underway on finishing the floors and walls, as well as installing mechanical and electrical systems, which will be completed by June 2026. Next, Levels 0–1: work on architectural design, installation of fixtures and interior furnishings, including landscaping, will continue until the end of August 2026.
Remarks: Noise level from 0 to 5 on the scale is for reference only. Work: Monday through Saturday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Good to know
- Beachfront Terrace: no disturb
- Restaurant: no disturb
- Accommodation: most regular resort life will be resumed from around mid-April 2026.
- Pool & Pool Bar: none or minor noise disturb from landscape and defect corrections with visibility of cranes till June 2026.
- Gaia Spa: minor-medium effect during their working days till 5p.m. Spa Service wil last till late daily. A Big discount will benoffered during the day. Guests will have perfect spa experience as usual from 5p.m. onward. From August 2026, spa service will be perfect as usual full operation hours.
- Lobby: minor effect during their working hours. No disturb from August 2026
- All minor works i.e. furniture & props end before mid-September 2026. Their ‘Open House’ is set in October 2026.
