Hotel News – 07.11.2025 (Update) Finishing State - Building Décor & Landscape of Neighbour’s Low Rise Condominium Project

Our neighbour has finished the low-rise building construction at the plot of land next to Let’s Sea Hua Hin Al Fresco Resort. Only behind our resort lobby, they are continuing to complete the 6-7 floor building. Phases of Works, Noise Disturbance & Time Frames: - Most of works are architectural décor of the building exterior and interior furnishing. These causes no or minor disturb; only occasionally Level 2-3. -Just behind the lobby plot, the construction continues with precast floors and walls and will have finished by March 2026. – Minor noise disturbs in the lobby area (Level 2) and randomly Level 3-4

Hotel News – 01.09.2025 (Update)  Completion of Construction Works near Let’s Sea Hua Hin Al Fresco Resort

Phases of Works, Noise Disturbance & Time Frames:

• All buildings from the beachfront restaurant and in parallel with our resort accommodation zone will have finished by September 30, 2025. Most of works will move to inside the buildings for furnishing décor. This cause minimum disturbance or only minor disturbance time to time. (Level 1)
• Only Behind the lobby plot, the 6 floors building continue the precast floors and walls building and will have finished by March 2026.
• Minor noise disturbs in the lobby area (Level 2) and randomly Level 3-4. [Remarks: Scale of noise from Level 0-5 for reference.]

Protection of Noise, Dust, and Visibility:

• 7.5-metres high fence with sound buffer behind lobby area
• Visibility: Finished buildings yet to complete architectural décor
• Works: Monday to Friday: 8a.m. - 5p.m and Saturday: 8a.m. - 4p.m.
• No construction works on Sunday & Thailand’s Public Holidays; except cleaning, gardening and painting works only

Some Useful Information:

• Accommodation: expected no or only randomly minor effect
• Swimming Pool & Pool Bar: expected minor effect
• Beachfront Terrace: expected no or randomly minor effect
• Restaurant: expected no or randomly minor effect
• Gaia Spa: minor-medium effect during their working days till 5p.m. Spa Service will start at noon till late. A Big discount will be offered during the day. Guests will have perfect spa experience as usual from 5p.m. onward.
