Hotel News (23.06.2026) Please be informed about new SOLMARE Beach Bar Development project at LA SOLAYA KHAO LAK (ex. MUKDARA BEACH VILLA & SPA RESORT):

• Duration:               20 August – 8 September 2026 (20 days) 
• Expected Opening Date:   12 September 2026
• Affected Area:            Beachfront area as indicated on the attached map
• Visual Impact:           A temporary partition will be set up around the construction area at the beachfront. The area will be kept tidy and clearly separated from guest-use areas.
• Noise Level (0-5):         3 Level Intermittent construction noise  
• Operating Hours:         09:00 AM – 05:00 PM daily during the project period

Please note, that some intermittent construction noise may occur in the beachfront area during this period.

Compensation for new booking (all room types) at La Solaya Khao Lak during the project period

• Guest  will receive complimentary  1 time of 90 minute aromatherapy massage per room per stay at Floranica Spa, La Flora Khao Lak . 
• Every 3 nights-stay get one time dine-around across Solmare Restaurant (La Solaya Khao Lak) , Sire Beachfront Restaurant (La Flora Khao Lak) , Kokulo Beach Club (La Vela Khao Lak)
