Hotel News (06.04.2026) Please be informed, that we the hotel will be undergoing planned enhancements. 

1. Facility Closures & Renovations (1 June – 31 July 2026).

• Swimming Pool: Temporarily Closed for fully renovation from 1 June to 31 July 2026.
• Sundowner Restaurant: Temporarily Closed for fully renovation from 1 June to 30 June 2026. During this period, all daily meals (Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner) will be served at our Oriental Restaurant, which will remain fully operational to provide a seamless dining experience for our guests.
• Guest rooms: in selected buildings/villas/limited zones only. All renovation works will be strictly confined to these specific areas to minimize any impact.

The works will take place on Mon. – Sat. between [08:00 - 17:00], ensuring our guests enjoy a peaceful environment during the evening and night. During 01 June – 31 July 2026,  below complimentary benefit for stays of 3 consecutive nights or moreoffer will be offered :

• One-time 60 minutes Thai Massage Complimentary per person (adult only) per stay.

Alternative Accommodation: Le Menara Khaolak Resort.

• Please note that the complimentary 60-minute Thai massage is exclusive to guests staying at Khaolak Laguna Resort to compensate for the ongoing works.
• Guests opting for the alternative stay at Le Menara will be subject to its standard terms and conditions.

2. Revised Outlets Operating Hours (15 May – 15 September 2026).

Please be advised that the operating hours for our restaurants and bars will be revised as follows:

• Sundowner Restaurant. Lunch & Dinner: 11:00 – 21:00 hrs. (temporary closures: 01 – 30 June 2026).
• Oriental Restaurant. Breakfast: 06:30 – 10:30 hrs. Serving all daily meals from 01 June – 30 June 2026 for Lunch & Dinner: 11:00 – 21:00 hrs. 
• Wine Bar: 14:00 – 21:00 hrs.
• Club Lounge: 08:00 – 22:00 hrs.
• Room Service: 12:00 – 21:00 hrs.
• Please note: The last order at each outlet is 30 minutes prior to closing time.
• All other hotel services will remain fully operational.

Hotel News (updated 20.02.2026)  Please be informed that the renovation and repair works of the beachfront seawall have now been fully completed. The beachfront area is now fully operational, and guests can once again enjoy normal access to the beach, including all related facilities and services without any restrictions.

Hotel News (updated 30.01.2026)  Please be informed that hotel will be carrying out renovation on the certain areas from 01 to 30 June 2026 (Working hours:   Daily at 08:00 – 17:00 hrs.) Renovation details include:                            

1. Roof Renovation at Sundowner Restaurant.
2. Ceiling renovation in selected Siam Chalet Room and the corridors (certain buildings only).

Guests may experience occasional noise and visual disturbance in the following areas during work hours:
- Sundowner restaurant.
- Swimming pool and beach.
- Guest rooms (certain area only

** During this time, all hotel services and facilities will remain operation as usual throughout the renovation period,
including Sundowner Restaurant.

Hotel News (updated 23.01.2026)  Kindly be informed that the seawall construction between Khaolak Laguna Resort and Baan Khaolak can only be carried out during low tide. Each day, the workable period is limited to approximately 4–5 hours in the afternoon, which has significantly reduced the overall working time. As a result, completion of the seawall construction between the two hotels is now expected on 17 February 2026, subject to sea conditions.

Hotel News (updated 15.01.2026)  - Please be informed that the architectural finishing works are expected to be completed within the next few days. At this stage, the only remaining work is the construction of the seawall section between Khaolak Laguna Resort and Baan Khaolak Resort, which is expected to take approximately 15 days to complete.
