Hotel News (14.09.2026) Please be informed that, during September–October 2026, the Boat Lagoon Pier will no longer be available as the departure point for our complimentary boat transfer service.
During this period, we will continue to operate our complimentary boat transfer service from Laem Hin Pier as usual.

Hotel News (20.05.2026) Please be informed of the following updates effective 12 May 2026:

1.Updated Marine Transfer Arrangements (More details as attached)

• Complimentary transfers and shuttle services will operate by long-tail boat only
• Boat Lagoon office will remain open for arrival assistance until 20 May 2026 only
• After 20 May 2026, all arrivals and departures will be arranged via Laem Hin Pier

Arrival Transfer:
Guests arriving between 08:00 hrs – Midnight can transfer directly from Laem Hin Pier to the resort without a fixed schedule.
Departure Transfer:
Advance reservation is required at least 1 day before departure, and guests are requested to follow the resort shuttle timetable.

Hotel team will be available daily at Laem Hin Pier from 08:00 hrs – 22:00 hrs for luggage assistance and coordination.

2.Updated Breakfast Operating Hours
• Low Season: 06:30 – 11:00 hrs.
• From 1 November 2026 onwards: 06:30 – 11:30 hrs.

3.Updated 101 Resort Activities (More details as attached)

Hotel News (20.05.2026)  - We would like to inform you that, effective from 12 May 2026, the marine transfer arrangements to and from Maphrao Island have been updated.

! Effective from 20 May 2026, the Boat Lagoon office will be closed (Speedboat transfers have been discontinued) ALL arrivals and departures will be arranged through Laem Hin Pier.

• Temporary arrangement for arrivals via Boat Lagoon - Upon arrival, all guests will be transferred by shuttle taxi to Laem Hin Pier, where they will continue their journey to the resort by local long-tail boat. 
• Arrival / Check-in at Laem Hin Pier - For guests arriving between 08:00 and 00:00, no fixed arrival schedule applies. Upon arrival at Laem Hin Pier with luggage, a local long-tail boat will be arranged to transfer guests directly to the resort pier. A dedicated team will be available daily at Laem Hin Pier from 08:00 to 22:00 to assist with luggage handling and coordination.
• Departure / Check-out from the Resort - Guests departing from the resort are required to follow the resort shuttle boat schedule. Advance reservation is mandatory and must be made at least 1 day prior to departure. A dedicated team will also be present at Laem Hin Pier from 08:00 to 22:00 to assist with luggage.
• Shuttle Service for In-house Guests - The daily shuttle service for in-house guests will continue operating via local long-tail boats according to the resort schedule.

Long-tail Boat Schedule (Complimentary Service / Advance Reservation Required)

• Laem Hin Pier → Resort - 13:30 / 15:30 / 18:30 / 20:30 / 22:30 / 00:00
• Resort → Laem Hin Pier - 08:00 / 09:00 / 10:00 / 11:30 / 12:30 / 15:00 / 17:00 / 18:00 / 20:00

Please note that this schedule applies only to in-house and departing guests. Arriving guests will be transferred to the resort at any time between 08:00 and midnight.

Luggage assistance will be available from 08:00 to 22:00.
