Hotel News (25.02.2026) - Fair House Beach Resort & Hotel (Koh Samui) announces a renovation and upgrade project as part of its plan to elevate the hotel to a 4-star level.
The works will take place from 1 September to 22 December 2026, daily from 09:00 to 18:00.
During this period, the Superior Building (39 rooms) will be fully renovated and reclassified as a new category — Deluxe Plus. Additionally, 7 Family Suite Plus rooms will be introduced.
The hotel will also introduce and upgrade facilities, including a Kids Club, Lobby Lounge, co-working space, and an upgraded gym.
The renovation aims to enhance guest comfort and overall service quality.
