● Fitness Centre
- Work Period: Now - 15th July 2026
- A temporary fitness centre will be located at the Kids’ Club (the Kids’ Club has been relocated to room #119)
● Colonial Wing B – Guest Rooms (59 Keys)
- Work Period: Now - 30th July 2026
● Colonial Hall Meeting Rooms (New Build Convention Hall)
- Work Period: Now - 15th September 2026
● Colonial Pool & Hardscape Areas (from Lobby Lawn to Beach Front)
- Work Period: Now - 1st December 2026
- During this time, our stunning Railway Pool and the newly renovated Garden Pool will remain open
● Colonial Wing A – Guest Rooms (43 Keys)
- Work Period: 1st May - 30th November 2026
● Railway Restaurant
- Work Period: 15th June - 30th November 2026
- A temporary Railway Restaurant will be available for breakfast at the newly reimagined Colonial Hall 
● Elephant Bar
- Work Period: 15th June - 30th November 2026
● Club Lounge
- Work Period: 15th June - 30th November 2026
- A temporary Club Lounge will be available at Rajpruek Garden Lounge
● Lobby Area and Resort Library 
- Work Period: 15th June - 30th November 2026
- A temporary Reception will be located at the ground floor entrance of the Garden Wing
- A temporary Resort Library will be located at the upper floor entrance area of the Garden Wing
