From that date onwards, we will continue to inform you of the new allocation of each client who made their reservation prior to September 11th, the date when the sales closure was officially announced. Please note that the hotel will remain closed until the completion of its renovation. For reservations that may be cancelled as a result of being moved to hotels outside our chain, no cancellation fees will apply. Guests accommodated at the SBH Fuerteventura Playa will be informed upon arrival about the location where they may enjoy their dining services, which will be arranged at either the SBH Taro Beach or the SBH Costa Calma Beach Resort. Since both establishments are located at a similar distance from the SBH Fuerteventura Playa, a Run of the House (R.O.H.) system will be applied to indicate the assigned hotel.

Renovation of the SBH Fuerteventura Playa

Dear Partners and Friends,

We are pleased to inform you that, having obtained the necessary municipal permits for the renovation of the SBH Fuerteventura Playa, and considering that we are entering a period of availability that partially affects our chain in Fuerteventura, the company has decided to take this opportunity to begin improvement works in the coming weeks.

As a result, sales for the remainder of the summer 2025 season, as well as for subsequent periods, will remain closed sine die, until further notice.

At the same time, we would like to assure you that guests with existing reservations at this hotel will be relocated to other hotels of the chain, all of which offer All Inclusive service.

We would like to inform you that starting today, guests staying at our SBH Fuerteventura Playa who depart between now and September 12th, inclusive, will receive their meals at SBH Taro Beach, and those departing on or after September 13th will receive their meals at SBH Costa Calma Beach Resort.
Today, guests scheduled to arrive at SBH Fuerteventura Playa will be accommodated at other hotels in the chain in the Costa Calma area.
Our sales department will provide you with full information about the guest relocation situation for today and will remain in contact with you in the coming days until the deficiency is rectified by the installation company.

Hotel SBH Fuerteventura Playa is a modern hotel located on the beach front, surrounded by beautiful gardens with flowers and palm trees from which you can directly access the beach only 5 minutes’ walk away. The fine white sandy beach of Costa Calma is one of the best on the island, stretching several kilometres, and at the beginning has a small area of sand and rocks where swimming is also possible.
