• Half of he parking area will be blocked on 22/06/2026 due to the arrival of refurbishment materials.

• The parking/storage area for materials will remain visually screened throughout the duration of the refurbishment works.
• Hallways and guest areas will remain operational and will not be screened, as all refurbishment works will take place inside the rooms only.
• Guests may occasionally see workers entering or exiting rooms, however the refurbishment works themselves will not be visible to guests.
• Protective floor covering will be placed on the hallway carpet in front of rooms undergoing refurbishment.

Additional Information

• Guests will be relocated away from affected areas whenever possible and according to occupancy levels. ( NO GUARANTY ) 
• No GOGW will be offered in relation to these works.

Adults-only pool area located next to and on a higher level then the main family pool.Operational impact:The adults-only pool in this area will be closed during the works.The area will be fully screened off and guests will not have access to this zone.Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00.The hotel has a second adults-only pool and sunbathing area available on the rooftop terrace FunAttic, which will remain fully operational.Nature of the works:Construction of a new pool basin and new plumbing installation.Works also include renovations to surrounding platforms and external staircases, application of new surface finishes, skimmer replacement, perimeter landscaping removal/reconfiguration, and plumbing modifications in the machine room, all contained within the same screened-off working zone.Machinery to be used: hydraulic drill, cement mixer, hammers, cutters.Noise is expected mainly during the first two weeks of the project.After the first two weeks, the basin will be constructed using a paste system; therefore, no significant noise is expected for the remainder of the works.Some localised dust may be generated, limited to the working area only.Guest impact:This will mainly affect adults-only guests, particularly during the first two weeks.Some pool-view rooms may have partial visibility of the works from balconies in certain areas

• The works will not affect:

  • Fire escape routes

  • Hot water supply

  • Guest pathways or circulation routes

  • Emergency access

• The working zone is completely separated from guest routes and operational areas.

We will provide our full cooperation with all TTOOs throughout this process.

This will allow us to ensure consistency in messaging towards our mutual guests.

We will not be offering any GOGW or financial compensation. 

28.07.25: We are going to begin work to replace the old carpets in the hallways on floors 1 to 4, and we kindly ask you to open a work order form for this project.
The information currently available is detailed below. If you need additional information, please let me know:
Work schedule (to avoid blocking all rooms at once):
Floor 4: September 15, 2025 – November 8, 2025 – 8 areas
Floor 1: November 9, 2025 – November 29, 2025 – 3 areas
No work: November 30, 2025 – January 10, 2026
Floor 3: January 11, 2026 – March 7, 2026 – 8 areas
Floor 2: March 8, 2026 – April 18, 2026 – 4 areas
Project completion: April 19, 2026Nature of the work:
Removal of old carpet, removal of adhesives, preparation of the floor, and installation of new carpet.
Working method:
Each area will be isolated with screens. Guests will be able to see the workers entering the work areas, but will not see the work itself.
Impact:
Possible dust limited to the work area.
Noise from carpet removal machines (no drills or heavy machinery) during the first 2 days of work in each area on each floor.
As this is an open-plan hotel, some noise may be heard in other areas; however, no significant complaints were received during similar work in previous years.
Emergency exits will remain accessible at all times.
There will be no impact on the water or electricity supply, no odors will be noticeable, and the operation of the facilities or services will not be affected.

Working hours:
Monday to Friday, from 10:00 to 17:00.
Rooms within the active work areas will be blocked off, while adjacent rooms will remain open.
No work will be carried out between November 30, 2025, and January 10, 2026; there will be no visible activity during this period.
Additional note:
We cannot guarantee that all guests will be located away from the work areas, as this will depend on occupancy, and no compensation will be provided in advance (GOGW). However, any situation that may arise will be handled on an individual basis.

28.07.25: Change in check-in time: The new check-in time will be 3:00 p.m. Kettle service in rooms: We have placed kettles with coffee and tea service in all hotel rooms. A water station is available in some hallways so guests can refill their water bottles free of charge.

12.02.25: Please be informed about upcoming works in the pool and jacuzzi area of the FunAttic, which is an adults-only area. As such, this will only impact adult-only bookings during the work period. The work is scheduled to begin on April 28th, 2025, and is expected to be completed by June 2nd, 2025. This timeline already includes allowances for potential delays.

Please note the following details regarding the work:

• The seating area next to the bar will be temporarily closed off to guests and will be screened to ensure no visibility from the bar.
• The solarium on the opposite side of the bar, including the Bali beds and sun loungers, will remain open, as will the bar area.
• The adults-only pool will be closed during this period.
• The jacuzzis will be replaced with new ones, and the flooring in the pool and jacuzzi area will be upgraded from concrete to tiles. Additionally, the stairs leading to the pool area will also be tiled.
• Work will take place Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. We expect minimal noise from the work, as it will mainly involve handheld tools and tile cutters. No heavy machinery, such as cranes, will be used.

In terms of alternatives, our other adults-only pool will remain open, and guests are welcome to use the jacuzzis at our Lesieur Park. Given these alternatives, we will not be offering any goodwill gestures (GOGW) during this period.
