10.02.26We would like to inform you that, for maintenance and safety reasons, MYND Yaiza will be required to temporarily close the children’s pool (splash area) from April 20th to May 10th, inclusive.During this period, essential maintenance works will be carried out, and therefore access to this area will be affected and the children’s splash pool will remain closed on the above-mentioned dates.Please note that all other swimming pools within the resort will remain fully operational, including:Heated adult poolsChildren’s pools with water slides.We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. However, we trust that this notice is being communicated with sufficient advance notice, in order to ensure transparency and prevent any potential complaints or misunderstandings.We kindly ask you to inform all clients with existing or upcoming reservations, especially those travelling with young children, during this period.Thank you very much for your cooperation and understanding.
