During this period, all other SPA services, including massages and treatments, will continue to operate as usual to all our guests.

Dear partners,

At Landmar Hotels, we continue to move forward with our ongoing investment plan in our product, with the aim of offering complete and distinctive experiences for all our guests, especially for the family segment, which is a key pillar of our value proposition.

In this context, we are pleased to inform you about the renovation and expansion of the children’s pool area, which will feature new water play elements designed to enhance fun, safety, and overall service quality. This permanent improvement will further strengthen the hotel’s appeal and the satisfaction of the families who choose us.

Below, we share the main details of the planned works:

Project details

• Installation of two new water slides, replacing the current one, as well as a small slide in the children’s splash pool area.

Planned start date: 04/05/2026 (any adjustments will be communicated in advance).

Estimated completion date: 01/07/2026.

Working hours: Approximately from 09:00 to 18:00, Monday to Friday (subject to possible operational adjustments).

Expected impact:

• Minor noise and visual impact during the first two weeks of construction, as the old slide is carefully dismantled.

• No significant noise is expected for the remainder of the period.

The work area will be properly fenced to minimize visual impact and, whenever operationally possible, the allocation of nearby rooms will be avoided, always prioritizing the comfort of our guests.

To ensure a fully satisfactory children’s experience throughout this period, a compensatory installation has been planned:

• Installation of an inflatable water slide in one of the pools, available during the usual service hours and supervised by a lifeguard, ensuring a safe and attractive leisure alternative for younger guests.

This initiative reflects our commitment to the continuous improvement of our product, investing in more modern facilities and an enhanced family leisure offering, at no additional cost to the guest and designed for the enjoyment of all.

22.07.25: The baby club service is for babies between 6 months and 3.5 years old. The rates are as follows: Babies between 6 and 18 months: €10/hour Babies over 18 months: €7/hour Also, remember that by booking the Landi Village room, guests will receive one free hour of this service per day (subject to availability and with prior reservation).

Half Board PLUS: includes breakfast and dinner, it will be served in Teide Buffet Restaurant, and it includes water, soft drinks, beer, and house wine
