Hotel news (as of 16.05.25): We are writing to inform you about a situation beyond our control that may, however, affect some of our guests.

A construction work is currently taking place at the neighboring hotel, Hotel Don Juan. These works began in October 2024 and, according to the information we have received, are expected to continue until approximately July of this year.

We want to clarify that this construction is entirely independent of our hotel, over which we have no control or responsibility. Nevertheless, we have filed complaints with the relevant authorities as well as with the property owner of the construction site. Please note that, since all necessary permits have been obtained, the work is proceeding legally.

We understand that this situation may cause inconvenience, and as a courtesy, we offer affected guests the option to change rooms, subject to availability, as we do with all our guests.
